Kept it simple tonight with blackened pan-fried mahi (frozen) and half a bag of frozen broccoli (hubby had the other half, of course) cooked with shallots!
I never follow in the cooking instructions on the bag (from Woodstock). I just throw it in a pot with a little bit of water and cook it until most of the water is cooked off. At that point, I throw in a tablespoon of butter and coat all the florets before adding salt and pepper. Easy peasy!
