My husband and I FINALLY made the drive to Whole Foods in Tampa two weekends ago to stock up on meat. It’s been great to have fresh high quality red meat in our lives again.
I absolutely love the smell of raw steak. I often wonder if I’d like the taste as well…..lol I’ve heard that some hibachi restaurants serve raw kobe beef– I’d love to try it out one day.
My husband cooked the steak and then threw in some frozen broccoli, onions, garlic and fish sauce (smells AWFUL, but adds a wonderful flavor to food).
