My husband went to Publix and purchased lamb shoulder chops. I think it’s the first time we’ve eaten lamb at home! I was scared of lamb up until last year. I’m still pretty timid, but am more open to it and love it every time. I’m still not 100% sold lol
I usually have a better veggie-to-meat ratio buuuuuuut I’ve been craving extra protein lately.
Anyway, the lamb was seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme. The accompanying sauce was INCREDIBLE and consisted of shallots, butter, olive oil, wine, chicken stock, parsley, rosemary and some other stuff.
I’m SO full at the moment but can’t wait for some yogurt, berries and cacao in a bit 😀
