Last night my mother-in-law made the most wonderful dinner! My husband and I are the only primal peeps in the family but everybody else is counting calories and steps therefore they’re eating pretty low carb. This works out great for us because last night’s dinner was 100% primal! There was nothing that I had to avoid and it was fabulous! Usually there’s like mac & cheese, bread, rice or something with corn or beans.
We had green chili pork with cilantro lime cauliflower rice, cajun sweet potato wedges (and homemade tzatzki sauce!) and an additional side of sliced zucchini & squash in red sauce.
YUUUUUM!
